This opportunity follows a hybrid work model and requires candidates to be available to work onsite in one of the following locations: Jacksonville, FL; Troy, MI; or Tempe, AZ.
The Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager leads global delivery teams in support of Direct Sourcing clients and other project recruiting needs. This position directly and indirectly manages recruiters, talent assessors, and recruitment coordinators across Global Delivery Centers, driving performance against SLAs while partnering with clients and program stakeholders to support contingent workforce strategies.
This role combines operational excellence with strategic leadership. The Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager allocates resources, coaches team members, resolves escalations, and owns performance outcomes across a client portfolio. The role proactively identifies talent pipeline gaps, develops sourcing and hiring strategies for evolving workforce needs, delivers data-driven insights, and supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program performance and client value.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Lead recruitment delivery operations within team and across Global Delivery Centers, ensuring attainment of SLAs, KPIs, operational excellence, and achievement of client workforce objectives.
Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies that address evolving talent needs, workforce demands, and recruitment priorities.
Partner with program stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal business partners to identify talent pipeline gaps, execute sourcing strategies for diverse skill sets, and support opportunities for Direct Sourcing program growth.
Drive team performance through coaching, development, accountability, and proactive management of recruitment challenges, escalations, and delivery risks.
Analyze recruitment and workforce data to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and prepare and deliver business reviews that communicate program performance, client outcomes, operational results, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Onboard, develop, and retain high-performing team members while promoting knowledge sharing, process consistency, and best-practice adoption across global delivery teams.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize recruiting technologies, improve workflows, identify operational efficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with PMO, Finance, HR, Analytics, Technology, OpCo partners, and others to support business objectives, drive program performance, and ensure alignment across stakeholder groups.
Serve as a primary escalation point for recruitment delivery issues and partner with stakeholders to support workforce continuity, contractor lifecycle activities, and successful hiring outcomes.
7+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success leading teams across multiple locations through both direct and indirect leadership.
Proven experience managing global or offshore recruitment delivery teams in a client-facing environment.
Deep understanding of contingent workforce recruitment, sourcing strategy, and MSP operations.
Experience translating workforce and operational data into strategic recommendations and business decisions.
Strong coaching and development skills with a track record of driving results and accountability.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence within recruitment functions.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder partnership skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Proficiency with recruiting technologies, ATS, CRM, VMS, reporting tools, and workforce analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred
