Sr. Reporting Analyst - Recruiting

We are looking for an MIS person who has experience hiring managing reporting in a high-volume consulting/ staffing environment preferably supporting the US geography

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Reporting: Managing the Reporting at various stages of the recruiting process.

• 5 years of recruiting experience hiring in one or more of the following geographies - US, Canada, Mexico & Columbia
• High organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel. 5 years of experience in MS. Excel
• Hands on experience with PowerBI. 1 year of experience with PowerBI
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Good time management and adherence to schedules
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
