About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Cloud platforms. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end development, integrations, production support, and technical leadership while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and Agile teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Apex development, Lightning technologies, Salesforce integrations, and cloud-based CRM solutions, along with the ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using configuration and custom development.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio solutions.
- Participate in architecture design and technical planning for Salesforce projects.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and application performance concerns.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate user stories into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and version control practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Current Public Trust Clearance.
- Strong experience across Salesforce Clouds, including:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Advanced Apex development experience, including:
- Triggers
- Batch Classes
- Scheduled Classes
- Strong Lightning Web Components (LWC) development expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of authentication frameworks and secure integration patterns.
- Experience with:
- Git
- CI/CD pipelines
- Jenkins
- ANT
- Change Sets
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, code reviews, and production support.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Platform Developer I
- Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Administrator
- App Builder
- Experience with ETL tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud.
- Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting and production support experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $68.00/hr.
