Summary of the Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who takes pride in building high-quality software and enjoys tackling complex, meaningful problems. This role ideal for a deeply experienced engineer who wants significant ownership, strong technical influence, and the ability to mentor others — without formal team leadership responsibilities. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be a technical thought partner to Product and Engineering leadership, help shape solutions and architecture, and raise the quality bar across the codebase through example, guidance, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software using Claude Code, Azure services, React, C# and .NET Own complex features and systems end-to-end, from design and implementation through delivery and iteration Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Tech Leads to translate business needs into robust technical solutions Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to engineers, helping elevate code quality and engineering practices Participate in code reviews with a focus on maintainability, performance, and clean architecture Advocate for engineering best practices and help uphold high standards across the team Challenge assumptions and propose better technical solutions when appropriate Contribute to incident response, debugging, and continuous improvement of system reliability Support team growth by participating in technical interviews and knowledge sharing What We're Looking For 7+ years of professional software development experience Strong expertise in AI Engineering, Azure, C# and the .NET ecosystem Proven experience owning and delivering complex software systems Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction without formal authority A customer first mindset — you care about outcomes, not just implementations Comfortable collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership to solve ambiguous problems Ability to work effectively with a distributed team, with reliable overlap during 9 AM – 2 PM US Central Time Strong engineering fundamentals, whether through formal education or a self-taught path driven by real‑world experience About You You take pride in your craft and care deeply about software quality You lead through influence — your code, your ideas, and your collaboration make the team better You think beyond tickets and consider long-term impact and customer value You communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical partners You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful technical decisions You enjoy helping others grow and sharing knowledge You embrace AI tools and emerging technologies to work smarter, move faster, and solve harder problems Here's What Defines Us Win Together — One team.
