Job Description -

Key Accountabilities

The post-holder will be accountable for the following key responsibilities within the Finance Controlling and ServiceNow delivery function:

• Assure high quality within the newly designed and implemented ServiceNow / Self Service Portal Finance Ticket Center for operational requests

• Assure best practice and education of software usage, as well as continuous improvement of the Finance Ticket Center content

• Support Chatbot and Hotline implementation, as well as the area of documentation

• Establish a lesson learned procedure covering both the technical and functional components

• Participate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery

• Act as a key member in project implementations and ensure a smooth handover to run business

• Support customization and continuously improving ServiceNow functional Finance content

• Prepare Root Cause Analyses and support IT colleagues in technical testing and installation of recurring software updates

• Review current implementation and revamp it in line with current understanding and best practices

• Maintain and keep relevant technical procedures up to date

• Liaise with other Business Units and departments, fostering good working relationships and effective collaboration

• Influence key business decisions through engagement with key stakeholders, providing challenge and support as appropriate

Technical Skills

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and technical competencies:

• University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Finance)

• Relevant work experience in Project Management, Finance, Controlling or Consulting (more than 3 years)

• Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing tool is mandatory (working and developing)

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP

• Self-starter with an autonomous work attitude

• Ability to apply financial management techniques to inform business decision-making

• Transition experience is a plus
