Job Description Key Responsibilities May Include: Develop, implement and continually improve safety programs to improve capability and capacity to drive HSE performance and compliance . Proactively drive safety initiatives, including leading indicator programs that foster a preventive approach to HSE performance. Oversee incident claims from inception through to closure, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions towards future prevention. Establish and enforce standardized environmental practices in alignment with company policies and relevant regulations. Track and report monthly HSE performance metrics, working with a range of stakeholders including service center managers to implement operating procedures and reporting processes. About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Specialist, HSE Compliance to drive safety and environmental excellence across operations in North and Latin America. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance , supporting systems, audits, and regulatory initiatives. You will play a critical role in strengthening compliance programs, improving HSE systems, and enabling safe, sustainable operations across the region. Location: Remote Based: Eastern or Central US Preferred and must have reasonable access to a major airport .
