Work Setup: First 2-3 months on full onsite for training, hybrid after Work Location: Mckinley, Taguig Work Schedule: Night Shift Start Date: ASAP Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field CPA preferred At least 4 years of relevant experience Sound Accounting fundamentals such as: - Large Journal Entries - Balance Sheet - General Ledger & Sub-Ledger - P&L - Contra Asset - Bank Recociliation - Variance Analysis - Intercompany transactions - Pre-payments Good with Data Manipulation (Advanced Excel proficiency) Knowledgeable with ERP systems Good Communication Skills Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in compliance with accounting standards. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances. Handle large data sets and perform financial data manipulation and analysis. Prepare financial statements and other financial reports.
