Work Setup: First 2-3 months on full onsite for training, hybrid after Work Location: Mckinley, Taguig Work Schedule: Night Shift Start Date: ASAP Requirements: College Graduate (Accounting Course non-negotiable) CPA (preferred, but good to endorse Non-CPA) At least 4 years of experience Good Communication Skills Experience with ERP Systems (SAP etc.) Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files) Sound Accounting fundamentals such as: - Preparation of Journal Entries - Balance Sheet - General Ledger Management - Account Reconciliation - Financial Reporting - Preparation of Invoices - Accruals - Supports Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Close - Financial Analysis Excel Proficiency Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in compliance with accounting standards. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances. Handle large data sets and perform financial data manipulation and analysis. Prepare financial statements and other financial reports.
