Sr. System Analyst

💻 We Are Hiring- Sr. System Analyst | 100% Remote

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst with strong experience in developing and maintaining SQL Server databases, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating closely with both technical and business teams. Experience working with ERP, supply chain, or Apparel/Footwear PLM systems is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and database objects using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database and application issues through effective root cause analysis.
• Partner with business teams, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Act as an escalation point for customer and business-related technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and support data pipelines and database processes related to business operations.
• Identify and prioritize issues and tasks across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed and culturally diverse remote team.
• Communicate technical concepts and business information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or in a similar role, with primary focus on writing raw SQL and T-SQL in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Extensive experience designing and optimizing database objects in MS SQL Server, including tables, views, functions, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and enterprise data architectures.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Apparel/Footwear PLM systems
