You’ll play a key role in gathering requirements from internal and external clients and translating them into detailed technical documentation. The ideal candidate has worked as a Software Business Analyst or a Business Analyst on complex software systems and demonstrates strong collaboration with QA teams, developers, and stakeholders. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst in a SaaS environment or working on complex software systems. Proven expertise in requirements gathering , technical documentation , and QA testing . Proficiency with tools like Jira , Postman , and MS Office . Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience.
