Sr Technical Program Manager

Lead complex digital platform initiatives across the organization by driving cross-functional coordination, technical program execution, and operational excellence. Partner with engineering, marketing, design, and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-performing web experiences and digital infrastructure aligned to business priorities.
Core Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of digital platform and web infrastructure programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Drive alignment between business priorities, technical implementation, and delivery timelines to ensure successful execution of web initiatives.
Partner with engineering, marketing, design, analytics, and IT teams to coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and remove blockers.
Own program planning activities including roadmap coordination, prioritization, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
Facilitate agile program execution through sprint planning support, backlog coordination, release tracking, and delivery governance.
Establish and maintain program management best practices, documentation standards, communication cadences, and operational processes.
Support optimization and governance of the CMS and related digital tooling ecosystem.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators including uptime, site performance, accessibility compliance, release health, and conversion metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and delivery quality across digital programs and workflows.
Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority to achieve program objectives and organizational outcomes.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in technical program management, digital program management, or related technical delivery roles.
Experience leading large-scale cross-functional digital or web platform initiatives in complex environments.
Strong understanding of web development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and release management practices.
Experience working with CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, or equivalent technologies.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive execution across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with digital analytics, SEO tools, accessibility standards, and website performance optimization.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience partnering closely with engineering and product organizations in SaaS or enterprise environments.
Familiarity with modern web architectures, APIs, CI/CD processes, and cloud-based digital platforms.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or related delivery and collaboration tools.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.

Pay Range
$99,380.99 - $156,170.12Compensation & Benefits:

Incentive Compensation
This role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
