We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and support IT hiring across the US or Colombia markets.

Requirements:
✔ 10+ years of experience recruiting either for the US or Colombia IT markets
✔ Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced recruiting environment
✔ Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting processes
✔ Experience recruiting across a broad range of IT technologies and roles
✔ Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
