We're looking for a Senior Technical Specialist who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, enjoys working closely with Product and Development teams, and wants to make a real impact in the HotelTech industry.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Technical Specialist, you'll act as the highest technical escalation point within our Customer Success team, ensuring our hotel partners receive world-class technical support and implementation services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading complex PMS implementations and multi-property go-lives.
• Troubleshooting advanced L3 technical issues across PMS, Channel Managers, OTAs, and third-party integrations.
• Managing OTA connectivity with platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, SiteMinder, and similar providers.
• Investigating API logs and identifying root causes across multiple systems.
• Working closely with the Development team by writing high-quality bug reports, validating fixes, and supporting product improvements.
• Managing large-scale data imports and migration projects.
• Proactively monitoring platform health and identifying recurring technical issues before they impact customers.
• Creating technical documentation, implementation playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Mentoring Junior and Medior Technical Specialists through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Supporting continuous improvement across technical support processes.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Implementation Engineering, or System Configuration within a SaaS environment.
• Previous experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS) or HotelTech software.
• Strong understanding of OTA connectivity, Channel Managers, and hospitality integrations.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as SiteMinder, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or similar.
• Experience leading complex hotel implementations and enterprise-scale go-lives.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including API log investigation.
• Experience working directly with Development teams on bug reporting and product improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous mentoring or coaching experience is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Postman, JSON/XML, SQL, or Python.
• Knowledge of fiscal or invoicing integrations.
• Familiarity with hospitality technology regulations across EMEA.
• Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
