SRE/Infrastructure Engineer

What You'll Do: Care and feeding of production and testing environments Architect secure, scalable systems for running automated penetration testing at scale Scale database, storage, and compute infrastructure to preempt customer demand growth Propose and implement technical initiatives based on product roadmap needs Lead technical design discussions, contribute to team decisions, and provide feedback on engineering approaches Translate ambiguous technical challenges into actionable plans, and execute them in collaboration with the team Serve as the cornerstone of our engineering culture by setting and upholding exemplary standards for code quality, practices, and craftsmanship We’re looking for someone who brings: 4+ years of experience building and managing production infrastructure Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, and distributed systems Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (New Relic, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, ELK, etc.) Knowledge of security best practices, network isolation, and compliance frameworks Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment systems Familiarity with database management (PostgreSQL, vector databases, object storage) Seeks autonomy, creative problem-solving, and moving quickly in an ambiguous environment Location : Hybrid role based in New York City. Some travel may be required. Compensation: The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $180,000-$250,000. In addition to base salary, we offer meaningful equity.
