Help Rabobank develop and commercialise innovative stablecoin solutions that create new value for clients and accelerate the adoption of digital money infrastructure. You & your role As Stablecoin Product Marketing Manager, you know the secrets of turning emerging technologies into customer value. You work at the crossroads of innovation, proposition development, business development and go-to-market execution. You translate market developments and customer needs into validated business opportunities and help bring stablecoin propositions from concept to market while supporting other teams across Rabobank in applying stablecoin capabilities. Book results Identify and prioritise high-potential stablecoin use cases. Develop and validate business cases for new propositions. Increase awareness and understanding of stablecoins and digital assets across Rabobank. Facts & figures 36 hours per week. Responsible for developing and commercialising stablecoin propositions within a strategic growth domain. 9 million customers worldwide. Top 3 responsibilities Develop and validate stablecoin propositions by combining customer insights, market developments and commercial opportunities into viable solutions. Build business cases and commercial growth plans that support the successful launch and adoption of stablecoin propositions. Accelerate market adoption by coordinating customer validations, pilot initiatives and go-to-market activities across multiple stakeholders. You will work within a strategic innovation domain focused on exploring and scaling stablecoin opportunities for clients. You collaborate closely with product, delivery, business and commercial teams to transform emerging technology into practical financial solutions. You & your talent University degree level of working and thinking. 7+ years of Product Marketing Management, Proposition Management or similar experience. Proven experience commercialising stablecoin products from concept to market launch. Experience within the stablecoin ecosystem or digital money infrastructure. Strong stakeholder influencing skills, including senior management engagement. Experience with business case development and customer validation. Strong go-to-market strategy experience. Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities. Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach.
