Staff Accountant

Remote | EST hours  Qualifications: 1-3 years accounting experience Experience managing AR and AP is a plus Commitment to working U.S. Eastern Standard hours from 9am - 5pm ET, Monday - Friday   Key Responsibilities: Post and reconcile daily cash activity Prepare and maintain the daily hold list Manage Accounts Receivable, including AR aging, customer inquiries, and payment follow-ups Review and process COD and delivery documentation, including customer delivery tickets Prepare and distribute payment summaries to sales reps and delivery teams Prepare the weekly Delivery and Service schedule Support AP processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls across accounting systems Communicate and coordinate daily with U.S.-based Sales, Delivery, Service, and Leadership teams Perform additional accounting and operational support duties as directed by the Controller
