  • Support accounting for labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and other construction-related costs as applicable.
Reporting, Controls & Audit
  • Maintain clear, organized, and audit-ready support for journal entries, reconciliations, project accounting, and other assigned areas.
  • Assist with recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reporting for Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audit requests and help ensure documentation and accounting conclusions are well-supported.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, standardize processes, improve reporting, and reduce manual work.
Cross-Functional & Growth Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the broader Vero Finance organization and operational teams in a growing, multi-entity environment.
  • Support integration of acquired businesses, new markets, systems, and accounting processes as needed.
