- Join occasional client-facing calls to introduce yourself as part of the account team
- Use Excel for basic financial analysis and reporting review
About You:
Your Background:
- 2–5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience working with multiple clients or across multiple accounts
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals beyond basic bookkeeping
- Experience with account reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals, and balance sheet review
- Comfortable supporting both enterprise-level accounting work and simpler bookkeeping tasks
- Experience with QuickBooks Online

- QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience reviewing or overseeing bookkeepers’ work
- Experience in startup or fast-paced client services environments
