Staff Accountant

[Hiring] Remote Staff Accountant (CPA Required | Sage Intacct)

Looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join the finance team in a fully remote capacity.

Working under the guidance of a Fractional Controller, you will take ownership of the day-to-day accounting execution and play a key role in keeping the books accurate, organized, and current across multiple legal entities.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain accurate, multi-entity books and general ledger activity using Sage Intacct.
• Perform bank, credit card, payroll, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle complex intercompany transactions, balances, and shared-cost allocations.
• Execute month-end close activities, preparing supporting schedules and workpapers.
• Reconcile corporate expense management cards (Ramp) and operational systems to the general ledger.

What We Are Looking For:

• CPA license is strictly required for this role.
• 6+ years of hands-on staff accounting or general ledger experience.
• Strong, deep expertise in Sage Intacct is essential.
• Proven experience working in a multi-entity environment with complex intercompany reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recurring deadlines in a remote setting.

• Location: 100% Remote (Must maintain regular business hours aligned with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone).
• Type: Full-time.
