Our Digital Experience Platform is looking for a Staff Engineer (Product Engineering) to lead the technical direction of complex, production-critical systems across multiple teams. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and system architecture, ensuring scalable, resilient, and high-performing products while reducing technical risk. You’ll play a key role in shaping engineering excellence, solving the most complex system challenges, and enabling teams to deliver with confidence. What you'll do Define and evolve architecture and technical direction across systems and teams Lead design of high-impact, cross-functional engineering initiatives Drive key technical decisions balancing business value, speed, and system healthIdentify and reduce systemic technical and operational risks Serve as escalation point for critical or high-risk technical issues Build shared platforms, patterns, and capabilities to scale team productivity Mentor engineers on system design, trade-offs, and technical decision-making Partner with engineering and product leaders on strategy and roadmap execution About you Strong ability to reason about large-scale distributed systems and failure modes Proven experience translating business goals into clear technical strategies Excellent architectural judgment across multiple systems or domains Ability to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize technical investments effectively Demonstrated influence across teams without direct authority Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ownership mindset focused on organizational-level outcomes Experience operating at high complexity and scope in engineering environments We offer you Learning & Development : Access leading learning platforms with tailored pathways for every role, including technical and leadership training and certifications.
