Staff Java Engineer at BairesDev

We are seeking a Staff Java Engineer with deep expertise in Java development, enterprise applications, distributed systems, performance optimization, and open source contribution. The technology stack includes popular open source Java technologies and frameworks for enterprise and distributed computing. Thus, there is ample scope for collaboration and contribution to open source. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of high-performance enterprise systems, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with engineering teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex distributed computing challenges.

What You'll Do

• Contribute actively to open source projects as a core contributor.
• Design and optimize Java-based enterprise applications for large-scale deployments.
• Architect advanced distributed systems solutions for high-performance computing.
• Lead performance optimization initiatives for enterprise-grade applications.
• Drive scalable system architecture development using Java technologies.

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software development with strong Java expertise.
• Proven experience in enterprise application development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques for Java applications.
• Proficiency in open source development and community collaboration.
• Core contributions to open source projects (Java ecosystem or similar).
