Right now, we are looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to integrate our Talent team.

You must have:

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Proven experience with multiple cloud providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), including the ability to design, implement, and operate solutions across both cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of distributed computing and scalable systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies (Docker or equivalent).
• Advanced networking expertise, including DNS, load balancing, VPCs, hybrid connectivity, routing, and firewall/security group management.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, as well as cloud storage solutions.
• Experience designing, integrating, securing, and managing APIs.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity management technologies (IAM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT).
• Knowledge of cloud best practices, observability, automation, resilience, and governance.
• Knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization.
• Ability to read, understand, review, and challenge code produced by engineering teams.
• Understanding of modern AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs).
• Understanding of the infrastructure components required to support AI platforms, including inference services, retrieval systems, databases, storage, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to design end-to-end cloud solutions, from infrastructure architecture through service integration.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels, including both technical and non-technical leadership.Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
