To address the conflicting challenges of data privacy regulations and generative AI utilization (the "data utilization dilemma"), the company faces highly complex technical hurdles that are expected to continue evolving.

Specifically, to support the commercialization of the new Confidential AI Suite product line, the company seeks a skilled technical leader capable of architecting a world-first solution that seamlessly integrates Confidential Computing with the generative AI ecosystem.

■Phase of Challenge & Business Impact

The new product line is in its trial deployment phase, with preparations underway for its commercial launch in Spring 2026. In this rapid growth phase, the engineer's technical expertise will directly drive the following step-function growth trajectories:

・Transformation of Business Revenue Model: Directly supports the company's growth strategy to shift from solution-centered revenue toward a high-margin product-driven model through engineering execution.

・Implementation of Innovative Features: Leads backend architecture, development, and operation for high-moat features, including image generation APIs, multi-pattern data masking, and shadow AI detection/development.

・Platformization Execution: Builds the foundational core to enable platformization, embedding Confidential Computing (CC) capability into diverse application environments.

■Responsibilities

To prepare for the new product's commercial launch and platformization, the role involves taking ownership of and resolving the following primary technical issues:

Design and implementation of highly reliable and secure backend architectures

Building a processing infrastructure capable of handling large-scale, high-load workloads and designing optimal integration with Python (FastAPI) applications

End-to-end optimization—from infrastructure (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) to the application layer—for multi-tenant SaaS platforms handling highly confidential data

Leading autonomous product development while balancing business requirements with technical constraints (performance and security)

Required

Software development experience and advanced skills in either of the following areas: [A] Backend Architect or [B] Network Security

[A] Backend Architect

Experience designing, developing, and operating large-scale or high-load backend applications in a commercial environment

Basic knowledge of computer science; proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and databases (RDB/NoSQL); ability to rationally determine the appropriate architecture—such as microservices or modular monoliths—based on the phase and requirements

[B] Network Security

Experience developing and operating CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) products, or deep technical expertise in this area

Deep knowledge of network protocols for cloud infrastructure

Additionally, the ability to lead design and decision-making in one of the following areas (①–③):

① Enterprise Security / Domain Design

Experience designing and operating systems that require extremely high security standards

Proficient at abstracting domain knowledge to translate complex business requirements and data confidentiality into system designs, and capable of designing data models that are resilient to specification changes

② DevOps / SRE

Experience automating and stabilizing deployment flows for systems with complex dependencies using tools such as Docker and Terraform

Understands the characteristics of cloud infrastructure and can independently propose and implement infrastructure improvements to ensure observability and resolve operational pain points

③ Business-Driven Tech Lead

Makes decisions based on an understanding of not only the technical “how” but also the business “why”

Raises the technical proficiency of the entire team by fostering a culture of code reviews and documentation, and leads development that balances short-term releases with long-term maintainability
