As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll call healthcare workers, promote open positions and shifts, confirm availability, and match the right people to the right assignments. You'll also guide applicants through the application and background check process. We have an immediate need and are hiring now.

Job Details

• Position: Staffing Coordinator (Healthcare)
• Location: 100% Remote – open to candidates residing in Latin America (expats welcome)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (40 hours/week)
• Compensation: approx. $1,100 USD/month ($6.00 USD/hour)

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Candidate Outreach: Call healthcare workers to promote available positions and shifts.
• Availability & Matching: Confirm availability and match qualified candidates to assignments.
• Shift Coverage: Make sure staffing needs are covered on time.
• Pipeline Follow-Up: Move applicants through the application and background check process.
• Candidate Tracking: Keep accurate records of candidates, applications, background checks, and follow-ups.

What You Bring

• Professional Background: At least 2 years of recent experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or another outbound, customer-facing role.
• Sales Mindset: Able to sell opportunities to candidates, stay persistent, and handle rejection with confidence.
• Organization: Strong follow-up habits and the ability to track many candidates at once.
• Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and writing skills, with clear, easily understood spoken English.
• Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
