About the Role 10Pearls is looking for Staff/Senior Software Consultant - Angular to join our engineering team and contribute to long-term software development engagements. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise in modern Angular, with experience building scalable front-end applications and working with RxJS, GraphQL, and Playwright automation. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality front-end applications using Angular. Work with modern versions of Angular (20+) and apply best practices for component-based development. Build reactive and efficient applications using RxJS and reactive programming patterns. Integrate front-end applications with GraphQL APIs and manage data efficiently. Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components and solutions. Write and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright. Collaborate closely with backend engineers, QA, product managers, and other stakeholders. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability. Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements 6+ years strong professional experience in Angular development. Hands-on experience with Angular 20+ or recent versions of Angular. Strong understanding of RxJS and reactive programming. Experience working with GraphQL and API integrations. Hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation. Strong understanding of front-end development principles, architecture, and design patterns. Experience building responsive, scalable, and maintainable web applications. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience working on enterprise-scale applications. Experience with modern front-end architecture and performance optimization. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices. Exposure to cloud-based development environments. Experience mentoring junior developers or contributing to technical leadership.
