Want to build HR instead of just learning about it?

At Predikt, we're a young, fast-growing startup with fewer than 20 people and a lot of ambition. Our People team is still being built from the ground up. That means no dusty processes to follow and plenty of room for you to shape how we hire, welcome and grow our people.

We're looking for a final-year student who wants real ownership. Not a coffee-and-copies internship, but a place where your ideas actually land.

What you'll do

Recruitment is at the heart of this internship. We're growing, and finding the right people is one of the most important things we do. You'll:

• Help run our hiring processes end to end: writing job posts, sourcing candidates, screening and scheduling interviews

• Make sure every candidate has a great experience with us, whether we hire them or not

• Think along with us on how to put Predikt on the map as an employer

Next to recruitment, you'll take the lead on one or more People projects that we choose together, based on what we need and what excites you. Think onboarding, culture initiatives, internal communication, team events...

In a startup, there's always something waiting to be built.

Who we're looking for

• You're in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, psychology, business, communication or something similar. We're looking for someone joining us in 2027, but if you have another timeline, just let us know!

• You're eager to roll up your sleeves and make things happen, together with us

• You have a can-do mentality: no challenge is too big, no task too small

• You're entrepreneurial. You spot what's missing, come up with a plan and just get started

• You genuinely care about people and love connecting with them

• You communicate easily in English and Dutch
