Build your Supply Planning experience at Adisseo

Within the Specialties Business Unit (SBU), you will join the Supply Planning team and contribute to a concrete project aimed at improving planning tools and processes.

Your main focus will be the analysis and improvement of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), with the objective of simplifying its use, improving data reliability and enhancing operational monitoring.

You will work closely with different Supply Planning stakeholders and gain experience in an international environment, at the heart of industrial planning activities.

Responsibilities

Your missions

Supply Planning and MPS improvement

  • Analyze the current Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and improved usability.
  • Improve the reliability of calculations and data readability.
  • Participate in operational Supply Planning activities.
  • Use SAP transactions to monitor product availability and sleeping stocks.
  • Discover and use the different tools available within the Supply Planning environment.

Data, monitoring and reporting

  • Contribute to improving Supply Chain activity monitoring.
  • Participate in the consolidation of performance indicators.
  • Develop or improve monitoring tools using Excel and Power BI.
  • Monitor key indicators such as availability rate, stock coverage and On Time In Full (OTIF).
  • Explore the use of Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Copilot to facilitate data analysis, consolidation and presentation.

Processes and documentation

  • Carry out a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to map product flows and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the formalization and documentation of Supply Planning processes.
  • Develop a user and maintenance guide for the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Profile

Hard skills

  • Master’s degree / Bac+5, engineering school or equivalent, with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management or a related field.
  • Good command of Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English – C1 minimum, as English is the working language of the team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation and benefits

  • €1,400 gross per month
  • Remote working on Fridays, as the Antony site is closed on Fridays
  • 80% of the Navigo public transport pass covered
