ECS, a professional company, is currently hiring over 2,000 Virtual Customer Support Agents. In this role, you can choose from a variety of positions where you'll provide exceptional customer support from the comfort of your own home. As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll receive a starting pay of $10/hour for a minimum of 40 hours per week (or $8/hour for less than 40 hours). We also provide bonuses and incentives based on performance, hours worked, and customer satisfaction. You can choose from various shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights, weekends, and OT) to fit your schedule. With dedication and excellent customer support, you have the potential to earn between $30,000-$60,000 annually. Please note that this is an independent contractor opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Participating in training and certification courses
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
- Using your home computer and phone to handle inbound calls, video calls, and live chats
- Committing to and fulfilling the minimum weekly working hours
- Demonstrating accountability in all areas of your work
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Quiet and dedicated workspace with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection
- Professionalism with strong typing, communication, and computer skills
- Proficiency in spelling and grammar
- Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment
- Strong command of the English language and articulate communication
- Minimum age of 18 years with a high school degree or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the US and residency within the US
- Not eligible for residents of Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Washington, DC, and Wisconsin
- Access to a smartphone for system verification
