Successful referrals are eligible for a referral bonus after the candidate successfully completes their probation period at Stay Group. The bonus amount depends on the level and complexity of the role: Position Level: Referral BonusCustomer Support & Entry-Level Roles - Up to $50 Middle-Level Specialists - Up to $200 Senior Specialists - Up to $300 Lead / Head / Strategic Roles - Individual bonus agreement The final bonus amount is determined based on the position and will be confirmed by the Talent Acquisition team during the referral process. Referral Bonus Terms Referral bonuses are paid only after the referred candidate successfully completes their probation period. The candidate must remain actively employed with Stay Group at the time of the bonus payout. Bonus amounts may vary depending on the position, seniority level, and hiring circumstances. Stay Group reserves the right to review eligibility on a case-by-case basis. The Talent Acquisition team will confirm the applicable bonus amount once the referral enters the hiring process.
