The STEAM & Robotics Coach will be responsible for delivering interactive STEAM and Robotics lessons both online and in schools.


The role combines two main areas:

E-learning STEAM Lessons

The coach will facilitate interactive online STEAM lessons for adults and young people. This is a part-time, remote component of the role, mainly during afternoon hours, usually ranging from 1.5 to 4 hours per session/day depending on the programme.

The coach will guide learners through experiential projects integrating science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics, adapt teaching strategies to different learning needs and provide constructive feedback to support skills development.


Robotics & STEAM Lessons in Schools

The coach will also deliver hands-on Robotics and STEAM lessons in schools, working primarily with children and young learners.

Responsibilities include facilitating age-appropriate robotics, coding, engineering and creative technology activities; guiding learners through hands-on challenges and projects; supporting teamwork and problem-solving; and creating an engaging learning environment where children can explore, experiment, build, program and test their ideas.

Lessons may involve educational robotics kits, coding activities, construction materials, digital tools and other STEAM technologies.

The STEAM & Robotics Coach will collaborate with the educational content development team, provide feedback based on learner outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of lessons and activities.

The role requires the ability to maintain a safe, inclusive, creative and respectful learning environment, both online and in face-to-face educational settings.


  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage different age groups.
  • Ability to deliver structured educational sessions, STEAM activities, Robotics lessons and workshops.
  • Interest in or experience with educational robotics, coding, STEAM education and hands-on learning.
  • Confidence in using digital tools and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent Greek language skills and good English proficiency are considered important qualifications.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to encourage creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Academic or professional background in education, pedagogy, STEM/STEAM, computer science, engineering, early childhood education or a related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience working with children, young people or adult learners in formal or non-formal educational settings is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience with educational robotics platforms or kits is considered an additional advantage.
  • Ability to manage small groups and maintain an inclusive, safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Availability to deliver on-site lessons in schools as well as remote e-learning sessions.
