Steel Structure Design Engineer | Proiectant structuri metalice - infrastructură telecom

Konstrukteur Stahlbau – Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

· prepare structural construction drawings (Konstruktionspläne) for telecom infrastructure projects on the German market.

· develop detailed CAD drawings for steel telecom structures, including towers, monopoles, rooftop installations, platforms, brackets and support structures.

· convert structural calculations provided by the Structural Engineer into fabrication and installation drawings.

· prepare workshop drawings, assembly drawings and material lists (Stückliste / Bill of Materials).

· coordinate with Structural Engineers (located in Germany) and Telecom Design teams (located in Romania) to ensure technically accurate and consistent project documentation.

· ensure all drawings comply with German structural steel design standards, customer specifications and internal quality procedures.

· implement design revisions and maintain drawing quality for the entire project lifecycle.

Your profile:

· degree in Civil/Structural/Construction engineering.

· experience with steel detailing in AutoCAD. Other relevant software is a plus.

· experience in preparing technical, fabrication and installation drawings for steel structures, ideally for rooftop-mounted or telecom structures. (preferably 1+years)

· strong understanding of Eurocode principles relevant to steel structures,

· good understanding of technical drawings and ability to interpret telecom CAD layouts/standards.

· strong knowledge of steel structure detailing, construction details including bolted and welded connections,

· analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.

· capable of working independently, managing tasks, and taking technical decisions.

· strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the design and planning teams.

· fluent English; German language is a significant plus.
