Job Description:
This role is responsible for end-to-end management of identified projects Including scope, analytic, and on time delivery.
The STEO Operations PMO enables disciplined execution across the STEO portfolio by integrating reporting,
governance, project delivery and the Petcare transformation masterplan. The role provides a reliable,
digitally enabled view of progress, risks, issues and dependencies, while ensuring that leadership forums,
decisions and follow-throughs translate strategy into successful deployment. This role reports into the Lead
STEO PMO and plays a vital role on the overall orchestration of cross functional, cross divisional plans.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Project Management, Technology or related discipline
- Project Management experience and qualification desirable
- Proven experience in PMO, program management, transformation delivery, portfolio coordination or a comparable orchestration role.
- Experience managing integrated plans, executive reporting, governance forums, RAID logs, decision logs and action tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare clear materials for senior leadership and facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience implementing or improving digital project, portfolio or reporting tools and supporting user adoption.
- Experience in complex, cross-functional and preferably global or multinational environments
What will be your key responsibilities?
This role plays a key coordinating function within a complex, global transformation environment. Working across STEO, functional teams, initiative leads and divisional stakeholders, the role helps drive alignment, visibility and progress across multiple transformation activities.
Success in this position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment, bring structure to ambiguity, connect information across different workstreams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. The individual will need strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to balance governance, reporting, project coordination and day-to-day delivery support.
Key Success Measures
- Timely, accurate and decision-oriented STEO reporting, with improving quality and completeness of inputs.
- Consistent adoption and progressive enhancement of the digital reporting and masterplan tools.
- Well-run governance forums with clear decisions, actions, owners and follow-through.
- Visible and actively managed cross-functional risks, issues and dependencies.
- Selected projects and workstreams delivered against agreed milestones, readiness criteria and deployment outcomes.
- A current, reliable and integrated Petcare transformation masterplan used to support portfolio decisions.
