Make regular face-to-face or virtual visits with alumni, donors, prospects, and partners to deepen engagement and connection with the seminary's mission. Participate in weekly Stewardship Leadership meetings and other team collaboration calls. Work closely with the fellow stewards and stewardship operations team to align regional activities with institutional goals and strategies. Consistently update the constituent relationship management (CRM) platform with relevant interactions, notes, opportunities, and profile information. Assist in identifying and facilitating connections between the seminary and potential strategic institutional partners. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding donor, alumni, and seminary information. Rigorously use Salesforce for prescriptive engagement and data entry. Execute other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Stewardship or VP of Stewardship. This position may be hired as part-time or full-time (non-exempt), averaging 20-40 hours per week. More than one hire may be made to cover different regions. Requirements Qualifications Deep passion for and personal belief in the mission of Westminster Theological Seminary. Self-starter with strong motivation to set and achieve relational and engagement goals. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written), especially to articulate and educate constituents on Westminster Theological Seminary’s theological distinctives. Ability to build trust and develop meaningful relationships across diverse constituencies (alumni, donors, prospective students, church leaders, and institutional partners). Demonstrated ability to represent an institution with professionalism, warmth, and theological conviction. Sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions. Highly organized, methodical, accurate, and detail-oriented. Ability to work both independently as a remote regional representative and collaboratively as a member of a centralized team. Positive, energetic, driven, and goal-oriented attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and equivalent software; experience with CRM platforms is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region, and occasionally outside it; availability for some evenings and weekends as needed for events and meetings. Physical requirements Must be able to carry 40lb boxes. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit, stand, walk, and reach. Employees shall affirm their agreement with the historic, trinitarian Christian faith as expressed in the Apostles’ Creed. Otherwise, Westminster Theological Seminary is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, except as specifically allowed by federal and state law, and basing employment decisions on merit, qualifications and training. Westminster Theological Seminary does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion (except as religion is a bona fide occupational qualification), sex, national origin, age, disability or any other classification protected by law.
