What you'll be doing Build, manage and own commercially successful relationships with brokers and intermediaries to drive new business growth and retention. Own a portfolio of broker accounts, overseeing both open market business and delegated authority schemes to maximise performance and profitability. Collaborate closely with underwriting specialists and internal teams to provide exceptional broker service, effective risk selection, and profitable outcomes. Develop and execute strategic account plans, managing senior stakeholder relationships and maintaining a strong market presence with key industry contacts. Deliver profitable growth by identifying new opportunities, monitoring broker performance, managing CRM activity, supporting renewals, and achieving retention and new business targets. What you'll need to have Previous experience in an Account Management or Broker Development role within the General Insurance market Ability to lead on and develop Strategic Accounts Highly credible and commercially focussed with a strong reputation in the general insurance market for delivery and service.
