The Sr Specialist Strategic Account Performance supports the sales team through data-driven analysis and strategic insights. This role analyzes sales performance, identifies trends, supports strategic planning, builds customer account plans, provides business performance insights, and develops brand performance strategies.
Your day to day:
• Conduct analysis of sales data from multiple sources (STR, RSD, Consumer Research) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to Account Managers and leadership.
• Evaluate sales promotions and campaigns within assigned accounts and recommend improvements based on brand performance and consumer response.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs, improve account performance, and identify data-driven opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports highlighting key findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and promotional cycle plans to support strategies that optimize sales volume, category share, and revenue growth.
• Lead planning and optimization of promotional programs, including geography, brand equity, loyalty initiatives, and joint business partnerships.
• Monitor pricing performance and optimize promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices while driving innovation through strategic retail partnerships.
• Provide leadership that promotes creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Who we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.
Annual Base Salary Range: $88,000 - $110,000
