What Makes These Roles Different?

Responsibilities
Members of the Founders' Council will:

- Participate directly in executive decision-making.
- Help define the Company's long-term strategy.
- Build strategic partnerships and commercial relationships.
- Support fundraising and capital mobilisation.
- Strengthen corporate governance and institutional development.
- Drive innovation, growth, and organisational performance.
- Build a sustainable institution capable of transforming Africa's industrial economy.
Ownership, Equity & Commitment
These appointments combine executive leadership with ownership.
Founders' Council members are expected to become:
- Founding Shareholders
- Executive Directors
- Long-term institutional leaders
Because these positions combine executive authority with ownership, appointment requires a meaningful capital contribution.
This contribution is not simply a funding requirement. It demonstrates:

Approved capital contributions will be converted into equity ownership in accordance with the Company's capitalisation framework, resulting in shareholder rights and responsibilities.

- Leading fundraising initiatives
