Job Title: Strategic Intelligence, Cyber Threats, and Expository Writing (ICA-240, 250, 260) Unit: National & Global Department: Schl of Integrated Health Adm-NGBL Campus Location: Online/Remote Summary of Position: Adjunct faculty will lead courses that bridge the gap between technical analysis and strategic decision-making. This role covers cyber threat intelligence, strategic risk assessment, and the professional expository writing required to communicate findings to policy-level stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities Teach students to draft professional intelligence reports, policy briefs, and analytic summaries (ICA-240). Guide students in analyzing cybercrime typologies and threat actor profiles (ICA-250). Facilitate the assessment of emerging threats using structured analytic techniques (SATs) (ICA-260). Integrate a Christian worldview regarding truthfulness, integrity, and responsible stewardship of technological power. - (Essential) Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement. Education Education/Professional Credentials/License: Doctorate or Master's level with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Intelligence Studies, Cyber Security, International Relations, or Professional Writing. Experience Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in strategic intelligence, cyber threat analysis, or as a senior intelligence briefer/writer. Skills: Expertise in structured analytic techniques, cyber threat indicators, and high-level professional communication. Required Skills Demonstrated knowledge of online educational delivery tools. Demonstrated teaching abilities. Demonstrated higher education experience. Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft products.
