Strategic Operations Partner Hybrid • Concerto Renal - Lincolnwood, IL 60712 Apply Overview Salary Range $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Salary/year Apply Description Position: Strategic Operations Partner Report to: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Why work at Concerto? What is in it for you? This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day execution of important business priorities. You will coordinate high-impact projects, help leaders stay aligned and accountable, and improve the processes that support Concerto's continued growth. It is an ideal opportunity for an organized, resourceful operations professional who enjoys turning ideas into action and making a visible impact across the organization. Who Are We? Concerto Renal Services is an industry leader in sub-acute hemodialysis within a skilled nursing facility and/or long-term care facility. We are a rapidly expanding business with a simple mission: reimagining dialysis care, one community at a time. Our model focuses on ensuring those with end-stage renal disease receive the best possible care through a more convenient, centralized, continuous care model. Why is this Role Essential? The Strategic Operations Partner helps translate organizational priorities into clear plans, coordinated action, and measurable results. Serving as a trusted partner to the COO and leaders across the business, this position provides project management, operational oversight, and communication support to keep strategic initiatives moving forward. The role is essential to improving alignment, addressing barriers, and ensuring commitments are completed on time and with the intended impact. What Will You Do? Partner with the COO and department leaders to organize, prioritize, and execute key operational and organizational initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, including defining scope, timelines, milestones, owners, and measures of success. Track progress against strategic priorities, identify risks or barriers, and coordinate follow-up to keep work moving forward. Analyze operational trends and business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and present practical recommendations. Support the COO's operating cadence by preparing agendas, meeting materials, presentations, reports, and action-item follow-up. Draft clear executive communications, organizational updates, and leadership messaging. Facilitate communication and coordination among clinical, operations, finance, human resources, compliance, and business development teams. Evaluate workflows and operating practices, standardize processes where appropriate, and support continuous improvement efforts. Coordinate special projects and other strategic or operational assignments as business needs evolve. You Might Be a Fit If You are… Highly organized and able to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to complex or evolving work. A collaborative problem-solver who can build relationships and influence others without direct authority. Comfortable working with senior leaders while remaining willing to manage details and complete hands-on project work. A strong communicator who can translate information into clear updates, presentations, and action plans. Analytical, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Accountable and proactive, with sound judgment and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Qualifications What’s Required? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. At least five years of experience in healthcare operations, business operations, project management, strategic planning, or a related role. Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving work to completion. Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations and executive-level materials. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel as needed and work effectively in a remote and corporate-office environment. Experience in dialysis, post-acute care, or multi-site healthcare operations is preferred. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or a comparable project/process improvement certification is preferred. Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
