In this role you will:

Tes futures missions :

• Chasse & Sourcing de deals : Identifier, évaluer et cibler les nouveaux acteurs clés de l'immobilier

• Gestion complète du cycle de vente : Prendre en main l'intégralité du pipeline, de la prospection stratégique au closing, en passant par les phases de nurturing et de négociation.

• Déploiement opérationnel : Activer, former et accompagner nos nouveaux partenaires pour garantir un onboarding fluide et un engagement maximal sur le long terme.

• Vision stratégique & Data : Contribuer à la vision de la business unit en gérant rigoureusement votre CRM (gestion du pipeline) et en proposant des solutions créatives pour développer et faire croître notre activité en continu.

Ton profil :

• Étudiant(e) en dernière année ou jeune diplômé(e) d'une Business School top-tier en Europe.
• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en vente, idéalement en B2B sur un cycle de vente complet, avec une autonomie rapide éprouvée de la prospection jusqu'au closing.
• De langue maternelle française et vous maîtrisez également l'anglais couramment.
• Capacité démontrée à piloter des cycles de vente longs auprès de grands comptes alliée à une grande rigueur dans le suivi et la gestion de votre CRM.
• Esprit d'initiative : Ambition forte, envie d'évoluer rapidement dans une organisation commerciale et approche créative de la résolution de problèmes.
• Bonus (Nice-to-have) : Une forte appétence pour l'univers startup / scale-up ou une première expérience entrepreneuriale (side project, association étudiante avec de fortes responsabilités commerciales).
