Tes futures missions :
Analyses stratégiques et revues de marché

Mapping
des principaux acteurs de l’industrie financière en France (ex : part typologie, par taille, etc.)
Identification des interlocuteurs clés
des différents acteurs (C-levels, managers opérationnels, etc.)
Business development : croissance & diversification des partenariats 💼
Négociation de nouveaux partenariats
avec les fintech et banques les plus influentes en France
Participation au
développement de notre nouvelle offre
pour les clients professionnels (B2B)
Déploiement de l'offre papernest chez nos nouveaux partenaires (banques, fintech, assureurs...)

Lancement des nouveaux partenariats
en adaptant le parcours papernest aux besoins de chaque acteur (lien / URL tracké, landing page, intégration API...)
Collaboration étroite avec la majorité des équipes internes (Produits, CRM, Opérations, etc.) pour assurer le bon lancement des partenariats
Pilotage de la performance des partenariats

Mise en place d’outils de pilotage / reporting pour
mesurer la performance
de chaque partenaire (dashboard)
Organisation de points réguliers avec les partenaires pour partager les résultats de la collaboration et
identifier les axes d'amélioration
(commissions, taux de transformation, modification des parcours...)
Ton profil :
Grande école (commerce ou ingénieur)
Bonnes qualités relationnelles (tu n’as pas peur de parler au management de Fintech françaises)
Compétences analytiques (tu maîtrises bien excel et tu es idéalement intéressé·e pour développer de nouvelles compétences en analyse comme avec SQL)
Les qualités qui font de toi le·a candidat·e idéal·e : autonome, plein·e d’énergie, fort esprit d’équipe, enthousiaste pour développer plein de belles nouvelles idées
