The Strategic Programs Graduate Intern supports the day-to-day execution of Finaira's six strategic programs; Frontier, Spark, Bedrock, Talent.AI Lab, Nexus, and Amplify. Working closely with the Strategic Program Management Lead and the program leads, the role keeps the programs moving: project logistics coordinated, programs documentation kept up to date, follow-ups closed, and the inputs behind reporting collected accurately and on time. This is an execution and administrative role, sitting where the company's strategy meets its delivery. Alongside recurring operational work, the intern takes ownership of defined initiative workstreams each quarter, with a named sponsor and a real deliverable. The role is designed for a fresh graduate to build a career in program management, with a first year deliberately broad exposure across all six programs and the full cycle from planning through delivery to reporting.

The difference you will make:

• Coordinate the logistics behind Finaira's programs activities.

• Maintain the follow-up and action tracker under the direction of the Strategic Program Management Lead, following up with owners for updates and confirming items are closed.

• Coordinate the logistics of workshops, hackathons, competitions, and events run by the programs.

• Keep program tools, workspaces, shared drives, and trackers organized, current, and accessible to the teams that use them.

• Maintain the programs repository: charters, plans, initiative briefs, milestone records, and version control across all six programs.

• Work alongside program leads and members to move initiatives forward, breaking deliverables into tasks, tracking progress, and flagging slippage early.

• Collect and consolidate inputs from program leads ahead of each reporting cycle, verifying nothing is missing.

• Provide hands-on support to milestone delivery across the programs.

• Run the data collection cycle behind the Programs Health Check Dashboard: gather updates and validate completeness.

• Compile the biweekly reporting views and quarterly pack components from validated program inputs.

• Take ownership of one defined initiative workstream each quarter, agreed at quarter start with a named program sponsor, a clear deliverable, and a date.

• Run the owned initiative hands-on: plan the steps, coordinate the people involved, deliver, and close out with a short readout to the program lead.

What you will bring to the role:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (recently graduated).

• Experience: No prior full-time experience required. Internships, student activities, university projects, and volunteer leadership all count.

• Technical Skills:

o Comfortable with spreadsheets, slides, and analytical tools.

o Fluent use of AI tools.

o Genuine care for documentation quality; strong English language proficiency.

o A technology background is a plus, to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical leaders and team members across the organization.

• Soft Skills:

o Curious, innovative, and goal driven.

o Passionate about technology.

What you will gain:

• A front-row view of how company strategy is set, turned into programs, and executed across University Relations, Talent & Learning, Innovation, Automation, Continuous Improvement, Business Impact, and Quality initiatives.

• Working exposure to program leads, functional teams, and leadership.

• Real ownership of initiative workstreams, with your name attached to delivered outcomes.

• Structured coaching in planning, stakeholder management, and program delivery.
