SUMMARY

Provides administrative assistance to Vice President (VP), Directors and Sales Managers as well as providing systems support within the division.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides administrative support to Strategic Sales personnel as needed, including maintaining calendar for travel and appointments, managing correspondence files, file organization, and retrieval systems.
  • Maintains expense account and reports, including credit card reconciliation and reporting.
  • Assists with the development of closing week forecasts, reports, and continuous tracking of sales activity levels and sales information.
  • Maintains and tracks sales budgets.
  • Sets up both onsite and offsite meetings and assists in developing agendas and presentations for scheduled meetings.
  • Handles a variety of sensitive situations and confidential materials with appropriate discretion; initiates problem resolution and makes recommendations for solutions.
  • Generates correspondence and independently responds to letters and general correspondence when appropriate.
  • Works on new and ongoing special projects as needed.
  • Provides recommendations for streamlining processes and increasing sales efficiencies for the sales offices.
  • Manages incentives, campaigns, and contests by developing tracking and reporting tools while utilizing internal systems such as Salesforce.
  • Provides computer training as well as technical support and problem resolution as directed by sales management.
  • Assists in training sales personnel with both new and continual training needs.
  • Serves as the main point of contact, owner, and coordinator of the workflow for onboarding and off-boarding processes for personnel.
  • Provides guidance and assistance with start-up of new sales offices.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience in sales administration, office administration, and customer support is required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Up to 25% of time
