The role: As a Senior Global Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Manager, you will help drive our goals by: • Leading complex, high-value sourcing initiatives and negotiations across IT, HR and Professional Services, securing strong commercial outcomes • Defining and executing global category strategies to drive value, manage risk and shape market engagement • Acting as a senior commercial advisor to stakeholders, influencing sourcing decisions and demand management • Managing a portfolio of strategic suppliers, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement • Delivering total cost of ownership optimisation through commercial modelling and structured contract approaches • Identifying and unlocking value opportunities using market insight, supplier capability and industry trends Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: • Strong experience leading complex, high-value negotiations across IT, HR and Professional Services • Proven track record in developing and delivering end-to-end sourcing and category strategies • Ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global, matrix organisation • Experience managing strategic suppliers and driving measurable performance improvements • Advanced analytical and commercial modelling skills with a focus on value-based decision making • Experience working across regions to implement sourcing strategies and realise contract value Even if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!
