What you will do
- Execute end-to-end sourcing events for indirect goods and services, including RFP creation, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.
- Align sourcing activities with category strategies, business objectives, and procurement policies.
- Coordinate with contract management on intake, review, and timely contract execution.
- Engage stakeholders across departments and provide clear project status and action updates.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost savings and mitigate risks.
- Support sourcing process improvements through technology and procurement best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
- Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supplier management.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and apply procurement best practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement systems.
