We are currently searching for a Business Consulting Analyst: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Structure and analyze complex business problems. Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate issues and generate insights. Extract relevant insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders. Develop high-quality deliverables and high-impact presentations. Manage stakeholders effectively within a project-based environment. Your Profile (Requirements) 3 to 6 years of overall experience in consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles. Strong problem conceptualization and problem-solving capabilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis and insight generation. Experience preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a consulting environment. High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." (Retained from standard template, though this is a less technical role) Desired Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus. Preferred background: Consulting / Strategy / Business Transformation. Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
