What you’ll own
This is a high-impact role working across commercial, operations and central support teams to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions. You’ll translate data and stakeholder input into clear, actionable insights, while supporting the delivery of business transformation priorities.
You’ll gain exposure to senior decision-making, build a broad understanding of the business, and contribute to work that directly supports our largest and most global merchant relationships.

- Develop business cases, scenarios and practical recommendations, making trade-offs and value implications clear.
- Produce concise, executive-ready presentations and written recommendations that enable decisions.
- Own defined workstreams within key strategy and transformation initiatives, from scoping through to implementation.
- Identify root causes and process improvement opportunities, translating findings into sustainable solutions.
- Work with stakeholders across commercial, product, operations, finance and technology to test assumptions, build alignment and drive outcomes.
- Define success measures and track whether implemented changes deliver the intended commercial, operational or customer outcomes.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you’ll bring
- 1–3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting or operational roles.
- Evidence of solving complex, ambiguous business problems using a structured analytical approach.
- Ability to turn quantitative and qualitative evidence into clear recommendations.
- Strong Excel-based analysis skills and the ability to create clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience owning a project or workstream with multiple stakeholders and competing inputs.
- Curiosity about how businesses operate and the confidence to learn new commercial areas quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including confidence explaining a recommendation and its implications.
- Comfort working across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
