Job Description

About Markets Business Technology
Markets Business Technology brings together technology, data and quantitative expertise to support Danske Bank’s LC&I business. We also lead two of the bank’s strategic AI Initiatives: Banker Productivity, transforming how bankers work through AI, and the Markets Agentic Platform, building scalable agentic capabilities for Markets.
What You Will Be Doing
You will collaborate closely with the Tribe Lead and Leadership Team to execute strategy, improve governance, and coordinate organisational alignment. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will ensure leadership focuses on strategic outcomes, people leadership, and delivery outcomes. Furthermore, you will:
You will work in a highly visible role with broad exposure across business and technology organisations. This position provides unique opportunities to shape strategy execution, organisational development and leadership effectiveness. We offer hybrid working with 3 to 4 days per week in the office to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What You Will Be Doing

- Support development and execution of Tribe strategy, priorities and OKRs
- Translate strategic initiatives into structured plans and governance frameworks
- Prepare leadership decision materials, presentations and strategic communications
- Coordinate leadership meetings, strategy sessions and key management forums
- Track progress on strategic commitments, risks and dependencies
- Act as trusted sparring partner on strategic and organisational topics
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Ability to structure complex challenges into actionable recommendations
- Highly organised with excellent execution focus
- Skilled at building trust and alignment across stakeholders
- Clear and confident communicator in verbal and written formats
- Comfortable challenging constructively without formal authority
- Works effectively in environments with multiple priorities
- Strong interest in AI, with the ability to identify and apply relevant use cases in business and technology contexts
- Experience in Wholesale Banking is preferred
- Experience working in agile technology organisations is an advantage
