Strategy & Commercial Operations Manager
Are you our new Strategy & Commercial Operations Manager?
AudienceProject is looking for a Strategy & Commercial Operations Manager for our Copenhagen or London office to support our continued growth.
Are you a structured, commercially minded problem solver with a few years of experience from consulting, strategy & operations or SaaS? And do you have an interest in turning strategy into results, working closely with a CEO and using AI to change how a company works? Then, we have an opportunity for a career in a fast-growing scale-up with 100+ employees that collaborates directly with companies such as Heineken, L’Oréal, LVMH, Omnicom Media, Publicis Media, WPP Media, Amazon, Google, Netflix, RTL and Warner Bros. Discovery.
AudienceProject is a leader in independent cross-media measurement, enabling advertisers, media owners and the industry to trust, prove and improve advertising outcomes through a scalable SaaS platform.
Our platform provides advertisers with a unified view of campaign performance, enabling confident omnichannel investment decisions, and provides media owners with comparable, third-party validation to demonstrate the value of their inventory.
After more than 15 years of leading cross-media measurement, we are now looking for a motivated Strategy & Commercial Operations Manager to work directly with our CEO and our commercial team.
Joining AudienceProject will give you a front-row seat in the rapidly evolving advertising industry and an opportunity to work within a respected business, delivering insights about audiences across the world's largest media channels to top-tier clients.
What you will do
Reporting to our CEO, you will help turn strategy into action. The role combines strategy execution, commercial operations, growth planning, AI adoption and direct support to the CEO. You will improve how we sell to and grow our customers, strengthen sales enablement and make sure important priorities are followed through across the organisation.
The role is deliberately broad. Within your first 6 to 12 months, we expect you to have strengthened how we follow up on strategic priorities, improved our sales enablement and commercial processes, made growth planning clearer across markets and customers, and embedded AI into practical workflows.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the CEO on preparing, executing and following up on company strategy
- Translate strategic priorities into initiatives with owners, milestones and measurable outcomes, and track progress, risks and management reporting
- Make sure important decisions are turned into action and followed through
- Own and continuously improve our Sales Cookbook and sales enablement
- Develop presentations, pitch decks, customer cases and other commercial tools
- Support pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance reviews
- Work with Sales and Customer Success on growth planning, retention, expansion and new business, and help establish consistent account planning across markets
- Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance
- Identify where AI can improve commercial, strategic and management processes, and experiment with and implement AI-enabled workflows
- Help drive AI adoption across the organisation together with colleagues leading AI initiatives in specialist functions
- Prepare presentations and meeting material, and research markets, customers, partners and opportunities
- Take ownership of cross-functional and ad hoc projects where additional structure and momentum are needed
Who you are
You are a high-potential professional early in your career, typically with 2–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, commercial operations, SaaS, technology, or a similar environment. This could be an excellent next step if you want to move closer to real business execution, take ownership and see the direct impact of your work.
You have a Master’s degree from a recognised university in business, economics, strategy, marketing, engineering or another relevant field. AI experience is an advantage, but curiosity, experimentation and the ambition to take a significant role in AI adoption are equally important.
You are:
- Ambitious and eager to take on responsibility
- Highly structured, analytical and commercially minded
- Comfortable moving from analysis to execution
- Strong at presentations and communication
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Curious about AI and new technology
- Low ego and willing to take on both large and small tasks
- Energised by building, improving and executing
- Comfortable working in an environment where the answer is not always obvious
- Someone who follows things through and takes ownership without constant direction
Most importantly, you combine brains, heart and guts: the structured, commercial thinking to turn strategy into concrete action, the humility to take on both large and small tasks alongside your colleagues, and the courage to take ownership, experiment with new ways of working such as AI, and move things forward without waiting to be told.
