HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥
Collaborate with global industrial clients to optimize operations and design business solutions across the entire industrial value chain (Sales, Aftermarket, Service, Supply Chain, and Operations).
Formulate strategic solutions for complex client challenges, identifying functional best practices and modern operating models.
Translate strategic recommendations and insights into concrete, actionable roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans.
Lead and support transformational programs, orchestrating delivery across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and international teams.

📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
You must have 5+ years of experience in the Industrial sector (Sales, Aftermarket, Service, Supply Chain, or Operations) or in management consulting focused on industrial clients.
Deep understanding of industrial core processes and functional best practices.
Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory to interact effectively with global clients and teams.
DESIRABLE:
Hands-on experience in ERP implementations.
Functional knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Salesforce.
Experience in team development, mentoring, and capability building.

Proven ability to formulate structured solutions to complex business problems
Strong ability to translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and action plans
Demonstrated experience managing and delivering transformational programs with multi-stakeholder alignment
