As a Strategy & Enablement Senior Associate, you will independently lead assigned workstreams that support the development of enterprise strategy and the translation of strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Partnering with leaders across business, technology, and functional teams, you will shape analytical approaches, develop recommendations, and drive workstreams from initial scoping through executive-level output and execution planning.
Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, structured problem-solving, and sound business judgment, along with the ability to translate objectives into practical plans that drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate works with a high degree of independence, is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and can navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and establish a path forward when direction is not fully defined.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
The Strategy & Enablement Senior Associate owns workstreams that support enterprise strategy development and execution, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, aligned stakeholders, and measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Set the analytical approach for assigned workstreams, including scoping, work plan, research design, and quality review of outputs.
Shape and develop executive-level materials, strategic narratives, and recommendations that inform senior leadership and board-level decision-making.
Connect signals across initiatives, functions, and external market developments to surface patterns, dependencies, and implications leaders may not have asked about.
Drive clear bi-directional communication across a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to clarify objectives, timelines, and required outcomes
Support the translation of enterprise strategic objectives into actionable business and technology initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans for assigned priorities.
Support the design and enablement of strategic programs and initiatives that maximize value realization and business impact.
Run governance routines, decision-making processes, and performance metrics that guide execution and drive accountability, and identify and recommend enhancements based on execution needs.
Work with stakeholders to support operational and client-facing change strategies that build required capabilities and support adoption.
Provide guidance to more junior team members, and drive consistency, rigor, and continuous improvement across Strategy & Enablement processes and outputs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or business transformation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Demonstrated experience independently structuring and conducting research and analysis, translating findings into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise shaping executive-level materials, strategic narratives, and recommendations for senior leadership audiences.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including slide design, data visualization, quantitative analysis, and storytelling.
Experience providing guidance, quality review, or informal leadership to junior team members preferred.
